- Identify the key stakeholder groups within the wider organisation or project team (eg systems integrator, software provider, organisational change team, training providers, departmental and end user representatives)
- Achieve excellent working relations with key stakeholder groups
- Understand stakeholder groups' requirements and resource availability
- Establish requirements for initial roll-out and steady state training
- Report on and achieve consensus to the overall training approach
- Set up training steering group
- Determine high level criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training
